SOLUTIONS AND RESULTS
As a designer and manufacturer of storage systems for maize, we created a tailor-made, turnkey solution: a complete automated plant that perfectly met his needs. Our equipment has been designed and manufactured in our workshop to guarantee optimum efficiency, durability and ease of operation, in line with specific customer requirements.
INSTALLATION FEATURES
The corn storage facility comprises :
- BCZ vacuum pre-cleaner with cyclone for grain dedusting
- A flat-bottomed cell, with a capacity of 813 m³, equipped with ventilated channels and a fan, with elevator screw recovery.
- A 4m x 4m pass-through reception pit and a screw conveyor under the pit
- A 17-metre-high bucket elevator to feed the silo, dryer and truck loading station via a 3-way box.
- A transfer screw to an existing storage cell under the building
- A recirculating air dryer with fan-mounted silencer suitable for batch drying
- Electricity and automation: The system is equipped with a control panel, a 15-inch touch screen, remote control and SMS alerts.
