Making contact and defining your project
The first meeting with one of our sales representatives is an opportunity to discuss your project, your activities and your needs. At the end of this meeting, a set of specifications is established. It is then entrusted to our pre-sales research department, who draw up the broad outlines and determine the best technical solutions: layout, analysis of the site footprint, location of equipment, truck traffic, etc. If necessary, several solutions are presented to you, along with the corresponding quote.

Elaboration & design of your project
After validation of the first plans, your project comes to life in our mechanical, electrical and automation design offices, which produce detailed plans of your future installation. All the technical questions are meticulously analyzed to the slightest detail, in order to guarantee coherence of the whole project and to facilitate ease of assembly.
Manufacturing
FAO has a 7,000 m2 production and mechanical assembly plant as well as a wiring workshop. We optimize our manufacturing processes by regularly investing in our production machines, in order to constantly improve our performance. All of our equipment is manufactured in Vitré. If necessary, a pre-assembly is carried out in the factory.
Installation and start-up
Our fitters have the experience and know-how to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, whatever the complexity of your project. During the installation of your equipment, a member of our design office is involved on site to validate the technical solutions chosen and to ensure that the assembly is carried out as planned.
Follow-up and after-sales service
Once a year, FAO carries out a diagnosis of your installation and will, if necessary, recommend new solutions to improve it. The FAO repair team intervenes rapidly, throughout France, to repair or maintain your equipment. We have a large stock of references and can supply your spare parts as soon as possible.
